I didn't know my blog was available in Spanish  The centre-plate when lowered is supposed to look like the logo Mark has put on the top left corner of these pages, i.e. no gap between the keel and the centre-plate. If I understand well, in your case it is just a matter of adjusting the chain length. Sail measures are beyond me, but if you want to have new sails made, the sailmaker will advise you.
