One of the sheaves near the foot of the mast, where the haliyards enter, is broken and needs a new block. I have extracted the sheave from the mast complete with its plastic block and metal housing. It is made by RWO, who are still in business but do not currently make these sheaves. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?
Now that I have the mast down I want to check that all is well withing the mast head fitting, but it is a complicated structure and I don't want to start opening it up without a clear idea of what is inside. Does anyone have a diagram of the inside of the mast head fitting?

Mark Mark Tue 21 Jan 2020 22:21:40The original manta mast is very simple so i wouldn't worry too much about dis-assembling the mast head - just make sure that you have a few bits of 'string' pulled trough so you can re-fit the halyards etc,, Perhaps it would be better to post your questions in the forum and keep the blogs for your sailing experiences etc.. glasses
