Sailing Into The Horizon
Beyond Amsterdam, on the Markenmeer and IJsselmeer, the waters get big, really big. And so do the waves.
Mekicevica experienced the great feeling of sailing into an empty horizon, with nothing but a compass bearing to show her the way.
In winds that varied from flat seas to gales, we visited many wonderful towns with rich maritime history in North Holland and even Friesland.

River Sailing to Amsterdam
This time Mekicevica went on a two-week holiday vacation.
From the Big Rivers of South Holland, she negotiated the countless bridges and locks of the "Staande Mast Route", including crossing Amsterdam at night.
On the way, we visited many interesting Dutch towns (and a few boring ones).
