Sailing Where The Wind Takes You
Mekicevica had another weekend of adventures.
A weather forecast that changed in the last moment meant that again she failed to reach the Oosterschelde. Instead she did another two days of great sailing on the Grevelingen, towards a new destination Ouddorp.
Her sailing just keeps getting better and better.

A Very Long Voyage
Mekicevica sailed again from Bruinisse in Zeeland and she finally reached Hellevoetsluis on the Haringvliet, a destination that kept eluding her.
The total trip added to about 55 nm in three days, including four crossings of locks, and a long stretch beating against the wind. The route passed the Dutch provinces of Zeeland, Noord-Brabant and Zuid-Holland.
On the return, Yo-Yo Ma, the outboard engine had to work hard, and contend with propeller-eating weeds in front of Oude-Tonge.
